Gift Certificates

People that are interested in purchasing a gift certificate should call first and find out how the lesson program works and what the options are. If a person decides to purchase a gift certificate after receiving the information from Madison Music, a lesson application on the person receiving the lessons would need to be filled out with the information we need. This is done over the telephone and there is no charge like there is in a lot of music studios/schools. The gift certificate package includes an ivory linen envelope and matching gift certificate. Also included will be one of our blue linen business cards. The envelope will come with the persons name on it written in a fancy, script type. The certificate will have the name of the recipient, name of the gift giver/s and what they get in the amount of lessons. In place of givers name, other choices, like mom, dad or other combinations can be used. The date of purchase will also be listed. We will go over what a person wants to put in the dollar amount area. Some people want the dollar amount shown and other people want different choices. The certificate has the Madison Music name, address, telephone and fax number on it. As soon as we received payment, we will fill out the gift certificate with the agreed upon information and mail it to the address that you request.

When the person gets their gift certificate it will be up to them to decide when to call and arrange their own lesson schedule. When we receive this call, we will pull out their application and have all the information that we need to work with in setting up their schedule. If any information is incomplete it will be discussed and filled in. We want all the appIication information accurate so our lesson material and lesson plan will be ready for what the student's level could be.
