Studio Policy

Enrollment is on a monthly basis, in advance.

Gift Certificates are available.

Payment:
Fees are payable on the very first lesson for new students and then again at the end of their last lesson of every month for the following months lessons if they are continuingtaking their lessons. Normally, you are paying for 4 lessons a month. About every third month, you will have a fifth lesson to pay for due to the extra day in the month your lessons are scheduled on. (Make sure to count the lessons days you will be getting before writing your check for the new month)

The studio accepts cash and checks only as methods of payment.

Cancellation Policy:
Please call 24 hours in advance for a lesson cancellation. If you do not call in time to cancel a lesson then a make-up lesson is not offered. You MUST call to cancel lessons. DO NOT CANCEL LESSONS VIA E-MAIL!

Make-up Lesson Policy:
I offer one make up lesson for every 12 scheduled lessons, providing the proper cancelation notice was given.

I will be happy to offer a seasonal change of schedule in order to make allowances for sporting schedules, new school schedules etc. that conflict with your music lesson schedule.

Hours:
Monday through Thursday are 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Friday hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Sunday hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Open year round, seven days a week, by appointment only.
